After months of being ill in bed off work just 4 months into setting up my new business

The Etiquette finishing School Club Sonya Lee was left with extra weight that just has to go before the party season starts!

It would be tempting to go ahead and have a gastric band fitted but no that's not for me.

So a little about me in 2001 I quailfied as a beauty Therapisits & Make up Artist, in 2007 I trained with Premier the health & fitness professionals and gained my certificate in Nutrition for health & fitness so can help guys with sport nutrition. I then went on to compete another certificate in 2009 for healthy eating and nutritional needs of children the elderly and people with special health conditions.

I'm now very proud to say after many years of training and looking for the right companies to team up with I now have three great brands on board!
